FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Melt butter, mix with flour and nuts. Pat in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together and put on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (your choice)
3 c. milk

Whip pudding and milk together for 2 minutes. Instead of pudding you can also use pie filling of your choice. Add to top of second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Put remainder of large Cool Whip on top of third layer and top with chopped nuts.
