ONE DISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots
1 onion, diced
Peas (canned or frozen)
Lg. can tomato sauce

In greased casserole put a layer of potatoes (salt); layer of carrots, onions, peas, then top with meat. Repeat layers (salting each potato layer). Pour large can of tomato sauce undiluted on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover last half hour and bake until potatoes are tender.
