1 1/2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. walnut pieces 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 lg. instant chocolate pudding 3 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix first three ingredients and put in 13"x9" pan. Bake on 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool. Mix next three ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Mix next three ingredients onto 2nd layer. Then refrigerate until pudding is stiff. Spread 4 ounce container of Cool Whip on top of last layer and garnish with chocolate shavings. |
