COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops hot sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill. Good served with boiled shrimp. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
