FUDGE PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan melt butter; add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Add hot water and stir again. With wire whip, stir in sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and milk. Stir until smooth; mix in pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until custard sets.
