RHUBARB CRISP 
3 c. cut rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

Mix well in bottom of baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 or 3 c. oatmeal

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
