RHUBARB GELATIN PIE 
1 unbaked pastry shell
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 pkg. (3 oz.) red fruit gelatin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Put diced rhubarb into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle gelatin over. Combine sugar, flour, butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
