PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve one cup)
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

FILLING:

3 c. pumpkin pie mix (30 oz. can) Libby's (NOTE: This is a seasoned pumpkin)
2 eggs
2/3 c. (one small can) evaporated milk

TOPPING:

1 c. reserved cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter (don't melt), cut into dry ingredients

Grease bottom only of 9 x 13 pan. Combine ingredients for crust and press into pan. (It will be sticky to handle). Make filling and pour over crust. Make topping and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
