PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
CRUST:

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. soft butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix

FILLING:

1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, well beaten

Combine the crust ingredients and put into 12 x 8 inch microwave dish. Combine filling and pour over crust. Microwave at full power 14 to 16 minutes, turning dish every 5 minutes. This is done when a knife comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
