QUICK CARAMEL ICING 
1 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. cream
4 tbsp. butter

Stir together and let melt over low heat. When it begins to boil remove and stir in 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until thick enough to spread. If should thicken to quickly just add a small amount of warm milk. Good on chocolate cake, especially wacky.
