SQUASH PIE | |
3 c. squash, cooked and mashed 3 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1-2 tsp. cinnamon Peel, cut and seed the squash, cook until soft just as you would pumpkin. Then mash or put in blender. Combine above ingredients and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees for 20 minutes longer. |
