STRAWBERRY PRETZEL JELLO 
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. pretzel crumbs
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
3 c. frozen strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 carton Cool Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Melt butter. Mix together with brown sugar and pretzel crumbs. Press into 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Cool until it begins to set. Add strawberries.

3. Fold cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip and lemon juice. Spread mixture on cool pretzel crust. When Jello begins to set, pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread. Refrigerate overnight.
