FRESH FRUIT PIE | |
Pie shell GLAZE: 1 c. sugar (or less) 1 c. water 3 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tbsp. flavored gelatin Bring glaze to a boil and thicken. Cool. Place fruit in prepared pie shell. Pour cooled glaze over the top. Combinations of fruit and Jello: Orange Jello - mixture of fruit; peach Jello - peaches; strawberry Jello - strawberries; blackberry Jello - blackberries or blueberries; raspberry Jello - raspberries. |
