GEORGIA SUMMER SALAD 
1 lg. honeydew melon, peeled & sliced
1 lg. cantaloupe, peeled & sliced
3 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
12 fresh strawberries
Lettuce leaves
Peachy dip

Arrange fruit on individual lettuce-lined salad plates. Serve with Peachy Dip. Yield: 12 servings.

PEACHY DIP:

2 fresh peaches, peeled & cored
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process on low speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover and chill; stir before serving. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
