MAKE AHEAD EASY SUMMER SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime or strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (for lime Jello) or
1 (10 oz.) carton frozen strawberries, thawed & drained (for strawberry Jello)

Stir Jello into cottage cheese for about 5 minutes. Add drained fruit. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.
