DEVILED CRABS 
1 lb. claw or regular crab meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. melted butter or cooking oil
dash of hot sauce or 1 tsp. red pepper

Mix well and pack into crab shells. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in moderate 350°F oven about 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
