FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. stalks fresh broccoli
1/4-1/3 head cauliflower flowerettes
6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix vegetables well. Mix in dressing and chill.
