QUICK CANDY 
Graham crackers
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and (or) peanut butter chips
Chopped nuts (optional)

Line cookie sheet with foil and grease well. Cover with graham crackers in a single layer. Melt butter and brown sugar, and boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over graham crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle toppings over crackers. Cool and break into portions.
