QUICK CHOCOLATE CANDY | |
1 dinner plate, buttered (prepare in advance) 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter (measure and set aside) 1 tsp. vanilla (measure and set aside) Put sugar, cocoa, milk and pecans in medium sized saucepan. Cook on high heat, stirring constantly. Be sure to premeasure other ingredients and have ready. When mixture comes to a rolling boil, let cook for 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and add peanut butter; mix in quickly, then add vanilla and pour onto buttered plate. Refrigerate until cool. Delicious! |
