8 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Heat oven to 500 degrees. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in bottom of Pyrex pie plate. Cover bottom of pan with batter. Put in oven on next to bottom shelf. Cook 10 minutes. Cover in jam and roll it up.
