RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. long grain rice 1 c. Campbell's beef consomme soup 1 can Campbell's beef bouillon soup 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 lg. onion, chopped Melt butter in frying pan and then add onion. Saute until onion is browned, stirring. In 2 quart casserole dish put the rice and the soups. Then add the butter and onion. Stir all together and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or a little longer if rice is not done in the middle of the casserole. |
