RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. 1 inch cubes rhubarb (or 2 c. rhubarb, 2 c. strawberries)
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour (if using strawberries, increase to 1/2 c.)
Dash salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Let stand 30 minutes. Stir.

Put bottom pastry layer in a 9 inch pie plate and fill with rhubarb mix. Dot with 2 tbsp. butter. Put on top crust layer. Cut slits for steam. Spread milk lightly on top. Bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
