HOMEMADE PANCAKES 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
Milk
1 egg

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.

Then add 1 egg. Stir well. Slowly add milk to desired thickness.

Spoon in batter until round. Cook until bubbles on top side, then turn over until slightly brown.

Makes approximately 4 to 6 pancakes.
