ICEBOX COOKIES

Cream:

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar

Add and mix:

1 egg

Add:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Form into roll. Chill for 3 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
