1 c. nonfat dry milk
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. boiling water

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 3/4 c. equal to one 14 ounce can. Use in recipes calling for Eagle Brand milk.
