HEARTY LUNCHEON PUFF 
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Heat Cheez Whiz on low heat. Remove from heat; blend in flour and egg yolks. Stir in broccoli, chicken, onion, and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve immediately. Should resemble a souffle in appearance.
