CHICKEN BAKE 
1 chicken or 3 breasts
Onion, celery, bouillon for cooking chicken
1 c. celery
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook chicken with onion, celery and broth. Cook rice in 1 cup broth; add celery (from chicken). Add four ingredients together and mix with chicken and rice. Chill for 24 hours.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. corn flakes, crunched
3 tbsp. melted butter
Slivered almonds

Heat at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour.
