BARBECUE RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. spareribs
Salt & pepper
2 onions, sliced
1 (16 oz.) bottle of smoky barbecue sauce (or 2 c. of your favorite)

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Put onions in pot. Slice ribs and place in pot. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. (High - 3 to 4 hours.)
