LO-CAL FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 red and 1 green apple, cored and diced
Green or purple grapes, halved; other fruit as desired, banana
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Drain pineapple; dissolve cornstarch in juice and stir in saucepan over low heat until thick; cool. Stir in fruit, adding the banana just before serving. Drain any other optional canned fruit. For a not so low-calorie, add miniature marshmallows.
