GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
2 lbs. bacon 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. onion, chopped 10 lbs. red potatoes 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. vinegar Dice bacon, celery, and onions. Fry until well browned. Add sugar, water, and vinegar. Cook about 5 minutes. Pour mixture over cooked diced potatoes. Serve hot or cold. |
