HOT PEPPER PECANS 
1 C pecans, whole
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
8 dashes tabasco sauce

Spread pecans evenly on a baking sheet and cover with butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 300°F or until lightly browned. Mix soy sauce, salt, and Tabasco and stir into roasted pecans. Let stand at least 30 minutes and drain on paper towels. Pecans will keep for months in a tightly covered container.
