1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Bisquick
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sharp cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 egg

Add tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon Bisquick to ground beef; put in 9 x 12 pan.

Put cheeses over meat and sauce.

Mix together thoroughly Bisquick, milk, and egg; pour over meat and cheeses.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. May use variations including mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, etc.
