1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook and stir hamburger, onion and seasoning until brown, drain. Stir in sauce and 2 tablespoons baking mix. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Beat 1 cup baking mix, milk and eggs with hand mixer. Pour over mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake until golden brown 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings
