CRUNCHY COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage, chopped thin
3 green onions, chopped thin
3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. chicken-flavored Top Ramen
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 c. (2 tbsp.) sugar

Combine cabbage and green onions. Break up Top Ramen noodles and put on baking sheet with sunflower and sesame seeds. Bake at 250 degrees until toasted. Watch carefully, it takes about 15 minutes.

Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and Top Ramen seasonings. Just before serving, pour dressing over cabbage and green onions and crunchies.
