TACO SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
6 green onions
3 tomatoes
1 med. green pepper
2 med. carrots (grated) for color
2 c. cheese (grated)
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 bag taco chips
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
16 oz. taco sauce
Sour cream

Tear lettuce up in large bowl. Chop onions, tomatoes and peppers up into same bowl. Grate carrots and cheese into bowl. Mix in kidney beans.

Brown hamburger; drain. Stir seasoning into hamburger. Add taco sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Add to bowl and mix crumbled chips into salad to take up excess juice. Serve. Top with sour cream.
