RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
3 lbs. of cut up chicken with skin removed
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 pouch dry onion soup mix
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing

Wash chicken and pat dry. Place in single layer in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix dressing, soup mix and sauce. Pour half over chicken and bake at 325 degrees, for one hour. Turn chicken and add remaining sauce mixture. Bake on hour longer. Chicken should just about fall off the bone. Good with stuffing or rice. Serves 3-4.
