FRY AND BAKE TURKEY 
Cut up turkey, any size; roll in seasoned flour:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Brown well on all sides in cooking oil. Salt and pepper turkey again. Put in roaster and bake covered until done (tender). Make gravy after frying the meat.
