SCALLOPS AND SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. scallops
1 lb. med. - lg. shrimps
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic
4 basil leaves
2 cartons heavy cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute chopped scallion and garlic in butter. Add scallops, then shrimp. Continue sauting until tender. Add basil, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
