SLOW BAKE BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew beef
Carrots, as many as you like
Celery, as many as you like
1 bay leaf
1 can tomato sauce
2 cubes beef bouillon
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
Salt
Pepper

Place one can of tomato sauce in a large pot or Dutch oven. fill empty tomato sauce can with hot water and dissolve 2 cubes beef bouillon. Add three tablespoons of minute tapioca. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add to tomato sauce and mix together. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
