5 potatoes
4 eggs
3/4 carton sour cream
1/2 lb. ground ham or sausage, cooked

Boil 5 potatoes with skins and 4 eggs. Pour off liquid. Peel potatoes and eggs, slice in rounds. Layer in buttered glass dish:

1/2 potatoes (salt them)

1/2 eggs

1/2 lb. ground ham or sausage (cooked)

Repeat layers. Add 3/4 carton sour cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Broil briefly to brown top.
