1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, well
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix

Defrost spinach and drain well. Mix with rest of ingredients. Blend well, chill. Serve with crackers.
