1 lb. pecans
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Moisten pecans in egg white. Shake in paper or plastic bag with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Heat in shallow pan (cookie sheet with an edge on it). Bake 45 minutes at 225 degrees, stir every 15 minutes.
