HOT SPICE PECANS 
2 c. pecans
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Preheat oven to 300°F. In a 9-inch square pan, melt butter. Stir in pecans. Roast 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Mix soy sauce, salt and Tabasco. Stir well. Drain on paper towels. Serve.
