HONEY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. curry powder
2-3 lb. chickens, cut up

Combine honey, mustard, melted butter and curry powder. Remove skin from chicken if desired. Dip each piece in sauce, then place in a large foil-lined greased pan - use spray. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
