1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. box pistachio instant pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Fold dry pudding mix into Cool Whip. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into bowl or baking dish and chill.
