FIRE CRACKER 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. chili powder
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can Ro-Tel whole tomatoes and green chilies
1 can ranch style beans
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas

Brown meat, add chopped onion and chili powder. Cook together and drain off the fat. Put meat mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan, pour can of beans on top, then place tortillas over all to cover. Place both cheeses on top of tortillas and add the can of tomatoes, breaking them up. On top of this add the canned mushroom soup, undiluted. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This freezes well BEFORE cooking if so desired.
