FOOLPROOF PIE CRUST | |
1 tbsp. sugar 4 c. flour 1 3/4 c. shortening 2 tsp. salt Cut shortening into dry ingredients; then add the following and mix gently. 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 egg, beaten Let dough set for at least 15 minutes. Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 5 easy and delicious crusts. |
