CORNED BEEF OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. (3 oz.) thinly sliced corned beef or chipped beef
1 c. shredded cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Tear beef into small pieces into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased baking dish, 8x8x2 or 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
