COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. dry Bisquick mix 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 c. flaked coconut Brush lightly 1 (10 inch) pie plate with a little oil. Pour milk in blender. Add water, Bisquick mix, butter, vanilla and eggs. Blend 3 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. |
