QUICK MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1/2 c. water 1 box Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese Add the macaroni to boiling water. Let boil 10 to 13 minutes. Meanwhile brown the ground beef in skillet. Drain the grease from the ground beef. Add the seasoning mix, the water and the can of cheese sauce from the macaroni and cheese to the ground beef, mix well. Cook ground beef mixture over medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often. Add the drained macaroni, cover and simmer another 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove lid and cook a little longer if extra moisture needs to be cooked out of the casserole. |
